please help flowering problems.

She was born on jan first and is now 37 days old. Flowering since day 24. This isent my first grow but she has been flowering for 13 days now and im not knowtincing any bud formation. Is not an issue and I just need more time befor I start seeing them. I just remember seeing buds alot sooner.

Sometimes it takes a little longer than what you may expect for the ladies to show their bits.

Are there any light leaks?

As the others have said, it can take 14-21 days before you see anything after the switch to 12/12.

Like you said answering your own question, you have to give her a bit more time.

At day 24 your baby plant was a 2 week old baby with probably 2 - 3 nodes.

At 7-8 nodes a plant is usually mature and will be ready to start flowering so give it time and it will start to either flower or grow balls.

It's best to take pictures when the lights are off as the color of the leaves are more realistic.

IMO its just takeing a little longer because you went into flower so soon from seed, Even if a plant is photosensitve meaning it flowers under 12/12 light cycle it still has to be mature enough to produce flowers. This wont hurt quality of herb whatsoever, it does keep plant smaller (less veg. time) I have personaly went to 12/12 that early myself for that very reason (limited space) Just rember flowering time begins when you see 1st pistols (preflowers) not when lights cycles are changed. dont rush it & youll have good smoke in the end.
