will buds still grow while flushing

ive give my bb's there last feed as ive ran out of boost and flower food and only have pk13.14 left. so tonight im gonna give them 4litres of water and continue to do so for 2 weeks every other day. will they continue to fatten up.

Also if i take the tops off that look ready willl the buds underneath still grow as there not as big as the heads and buds closer to the light.

Buds will still grow while flushing. If some of the Bud is ready and some isn't you can take that off and leave the rest on to finish no problem.
