Default Problem Worsening Everyday, need some advice.

    Yo Forum,
My G13's stem has a dark spot towards the bottom and is much smaller in width at the dark spot than anywhere else. Also, I noticed it's root system isn't much more developed than the first couple weeks of veg. (I'm starting my second week of flowering). Can anybody please help tell me what this is, and how to fix it?
