what i've done is cut up a bamboo cane and stick 3 in each pot pushed down near to the bottom,so every water i fill the holes made by the bamboo and put them back.
that way the water is getting to the bottom,
if you put the bamboo in early it doesn't harm the roots.

With a watering can!!!! and water, occasionally nutrients. What else you mneed to know?
Also set them up correctly so the reservoir works at the top or did you not think of that?
Are your airpots upside down?

im new to coco myself but thought when i pot up into 10Lpots it must take awhile for it to soak all the way through
I've got lots of those plastic water spikes you put on top of plastic bottles which i've been using in soil without the bottle,
every water i fill them,use less water plus you can fill them with a little nute boost if you want.
knew they'd come in handy
