Is there anyone in Canada B.C who can help fill a Application For Authorization To Possess Dried Marihuana and Produce Medicinal Cannabis? I do not understand how to fill form and how to get it printed from health Canada wedsite. I do not have access to the form and it is too difficult for me to fill. How can I get access to this government form?

I think i read somewhere that there was only one permit given for a company to grow marijuana in England. And as for possesion i doubt it as in the uk you can only get thc tablets and not medical Marijuana. (already did a bit of research on this)
