LST'ing advice???

hi peeps iv tryed lst'ing a cheese and cotton candy and i think iv bent one too much and it has a kink in the main stem should this be ok??

also the stems seem hard to bend so i have onli been able to bend it once like in this pic ( this isnt the plant im on about but iv onli been able to bend it like this pic ) but it seems to hard to be able bend in a U round the pot, so should i just force it round???

any advice would be sweet dudes

think i shuda started training a while ago cuz now the stem seems to hard to bend round in a circle

Some plants get hard early and you have to bend every few days to get to bend well. As for the stem it should heal, but will swell up where it does. I cracked a few and never really had a problem from it.

Some gentle pressure applied then a day later apply some more and gently move it round. I've had to kink branches due to height problems and again the plants didn't seem to suffer. The kink healed nicely. In fact I have nearly snapped branches in half and they have healed fine.
