Cheers for this, I am planning a grow and was just going to use normal 250w hps straight through, but will now go for dual. And if the pennies allow, mh and dual.

I just saw a video on YouTube, where they tested 6 different brands of HPS light's, and the no one brand was the EyeHortilux, there was no mention of a dual Spec being any better. Just saying. A price of 53.00 bucks.

how many bulbs does the regular person purchase??
the answer will depend greatly on the information 'you need a new bulb after 6 months'
that's something you will see on every grow shops information,

they need repeat customers, people that buy what's new and recommended even if in reality that's only a 1% increase,
