When is it best to harvest ?

Hi folks,

My ladies are just about right for flushing now I think so I am going to need a bit of advice as to when I should cut them down.

I plan on giving them at least a 10 day flush before harvest. I will post some close up pics later tonight when they wake up.

Advice I would like is :- When is it best to harvest, i.e. straight after a dark period or a light period ?
Should they be cut down in relative darkess ?

And one of the things that always lets me down is the curing. For some reason I'm just not that good at it so can anyone direct me to a thread or a good guide on curing

Approx how long (on average) does it take for colours to change to milky then orange once they start changing ?

And is 10 days long enough time to flush out all nutes using only water ?

i cant see much amber trich mate i would wait till you could see some amber then start the flush for the 10 days and buy the time you harvest you should have a 50/50 ratio of amber and milky.

10 days are fine if your in soil just remember to flush them with double your pot size the first time you flush so if your using 10l pots you will have to flush with 20l makin sure any salt build up neuts etc in the soil is gone.

Dont wait forever waiting for amber trichomes some plants never turn to amber.

I have seen 1 or 2 amber trichs on a couple of them but can't seem to find any milky trichs.
As I know it milky comes before amber, so that's a wierd one.

I'm going to start the flush on thursday I think, 10 days then choppy choppy time.
Soon enough I will see that the wait has been worth it.
