Default Red or blue or both CFL lights for an autoflowering plant??

So since autoflower plants start flowering without being on 12/12 do I need both lamps all the way through or do I use blue until I see the plant flowering and then change to red? Or can I use both together all the way through?

U can do either way mate. Iv done both but found ur better having blue and red for the flowering stage together as it can lead to yellowing if red is the only spectrum used in flower - just wot I found myself when doing autos under Cfls. Some people just use red threw out without any blue at all but IMO ur best using both if temps allow u too.
