im well chuffed to land some,
been watching the cbd development and im hoping it can help with some things,

just cleaned out my veg areas so all clean and EMPTY,ready to crack these as soon as mr.posty drops them at my mates.
detailed diary planned and now the choice of coco or soil??

I'm really grateful to Hillbilly and Upto - When I've managed to weedle out the higher CBD plant(s), and I've got some spare cuttings - I'm hoping to use some Colloidal Silver on them, to produce feminised, high CBD seeds. Which, I'll happily start creating competitions with and sharing the CBD love.

A trick I learnt this winter is you can test male's and females when there in Veg! As I can't smoke I eat but could be done with smoking too.

What I do,
early am when I just get up take a few small leafs and eat them, and it wont be real strong but you can get an idea what the plant will be like. THC head high and want to eat. CBD/THC A little head high but with a smile on my face and no munchies, that's when you know the plant caries CBD. I never had a only CBD plant yet so can't tell you what that would be like..

But yes you can do it to test THC males for breeding too.

Do it a few times, I wait till there big enough to lose a few leafs.

I will be doing that as soon as they arrive - what is the quickest way to root out the males? I normally take cuttings then veg the mother plant, that sound fair enough? (I normally use fems).

i think im gona go down the same route as my current grow, i have 6 regular black widow plants on the go, i have vegged for about 4 weeks then topped all 6 and used as cuttings for a potential mother plant.

Then im gonna flip em to 12/12 in the next couple of weeks (the plants not the cuttings) and find out their sex as soon as they start to show, remove the males and keep the best females and keep the appropriate cutting(s) to grow as mother plants.

You could also do it the other way and flower the cuttings as soon as they have rooted (12/12) and sex the cuttings so you know what sex your plants are gonna be before you even do the flip

Good stuff Hillbilly, didn't ask for any myself as I'm lucky enough to just use it recreationally. Great that they seem to have gone to some of the nicest folk on the site, sad to hear all the medical problems of members/spouses, hope these new strains help.

can,t wait to see these grows from the guys germing right away, i hope theres diarys going up ? wish i could start mine right away but it,ll be around xmas at the least grrrr, holidays etc you know the way, never tried a cbd with such a high percentage so the buzz will be a new one to me, happy days

Same with me Trigger, I think it'll be around October before I can germinate mine. But atleast this way we'll have a continuous diary of these CBD monsters
