I don't use a NFT but I do know that the res temp should not exceed 22'C. ??what's yours??

Also you may have a reflective burn mark on your leaves from the silver sheeting you have over the NFT to block out the light but that's just a wild guess.
Do your leaves get wet at any point?

They also look as though there getting a N diff coming threw on the leaves.

Just keep an eye on them and see if there are any more occurrences.

    Good luck mate

If you r EC has risen like that, how do you think this happened?
The extra EC has to come from somewhere, right?
    From within the roots.
You are feeding at an EC too low. Raise your EC to the 1.5 it is now at.
Also, do you use an air stone in your res?
How are you checking the ph?
Ideally, you should take a sample (a jug full) of water and use that to test the ph. Doing this is more accurate than sticking a ph meter in a 20l res.

The deficiency actually looks like an Mg def.
If it is appearing at the bottom of the plant, it will be.

Find out that ph, if under 5.8, raise the ph to above 5.8 and set that EC to the 1.5

Any suggestions are opinion only. I get some right, I get some wrong but I always try to help.

I'd say classic mag def if that was in soil.. and follow ^that^ advice to resolve it.

Hi yes I am using an airstone and yes I'd normally test ph by placing pen in the res but I will start doing it as you say. So your saying it's not nute burn but a deficiency. On my other plant today I noticed the all the tips on one leaf had gone a browny rusty Colour and it is staring from the bottom and going up

We don't know if you have a toxicity as well because we can only see one leaf.. but on that leaf we can see there's a mag def.

Well yesterday I changed the res. Base ec was 0.6 so I just made it upto 0.7 (coz I thought nute burn) and today that seemed to have taken off again the problem looks to have slowed down and new growth is rapid although it is quiet a light green coming through so don't know what to do now ??

I should also note that the days Befor the problem it was very hot outside and so my room was suffering temps upto 34c and think my res was getting warm it's cooled down now and I'm making sure I keep res temp down so these may have played apart Aswell
