It looks like (very late) tonight is the best time in the UK...
From the UK, the best time to see the Perseid shower is likely to be on the morning of 12 August before dawn, when as many as 60 meteors an hour may be visible. Despite the Moon, this year's prospects for viewing are relatively good.

I missed a day..I really thought it was Friday today..lol
I live in a popular star gazing area (near the Galloway forest park) but the sky is overcast and forecast to stay like that. I'll still be out looking for clear spells, fingers crossed
I love the Stars, could stare at them all night id love to catch the meteor shower, also really wanna try something like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Upv_IKhcBI8 check out from a minute onwards.

damn what a bummer grub..at least we have internet as we can watch it here im sure..its gettin cloudy here as well not sure what the forecast is tho i'll have to check it outClouding over here as forecast and set to stay for a few days.
