Default Nitro Express Growout For Rockster

    Right we have a weight
53.8g or 2.11oz of branch less bud and 9g of weighable popcorn, along with 2 big jars of trim and other popcorn. it's not the biggest of yields but its quality stuff. And I have plenty of trim to make my Choc fudge cookies dipped in cold milk they are the best.

The biggest bud is around 4" long after my very lazy trimming style lol, if its shiny I'm smoking it lol.
I tried to get a desent pic but the lights shit but I did do these for ya all.

I will do some better pics when it's a bit brighter natural light, you can really get a good look at the colours then.

I'm about half way down my first proper joint, my head feels heavy and typing is becoming a problem.............

Default Nitro Express Growout For Rockster

Ok here we go with some pics and a hopefully a decent smoke report.

Ok rolled a skin and a half bifta using Zig zag papers and Golden Virginia tobacco, not sure on ratio.
I'm going to try a blow by blow account so I apologise is if shit lol
This is the first j of the day.

First drag, full thick smoke, a real mouth full.

A fruity tasting smoke with a little kick as it enters the lungs.

A few minutes later my legs feel heavy, the felling slowly rising up the body.

Minutes later, my head starts feeling a little heavy and vision is becoming a bit lazy.

2/3 rds of the way down now. Thinking what to type is getting difficult, typing double so lol.

My chest feels heavy and can feel my heart beating in my chest, palms are sweaty and shaking a little lol.

10 mins as past since sparking up, on the last couple of drags, my legs have pretty much dropped off and my heads spinning a little when I turn to look at something.

Just zoned out for min looking at the iPad trying to type.

    5 ish mins later.

My ass has melted into the sofa and my head feels like its balanced on a pole.
Feeling very relaxed and content. A little burp produced a nice fruity taste with a hint of coffee lol.

This is THE best smoke I've ever had.

Thank you so much Rockster for the opportunity to grow these out for you, it's been real pleasure.
Hope your happy with the results

    It's worth the wait,
12 weeks sounds and is along time but it really needs it to get the trichs to the right point.

i only got 1 tent and 1 600w bulb so i'm doing it 12/12 from seed to run alongside my other grow which is on the flower cycle so the last 3/4 weeks the nitro will have the 600w all to its self

not expecting much weight wise just hoping to get the quality somewhere near yours

Hey rockster. i had these color flaws in the uk garden grow. i thought it was something id done wrong. whats with the bunching up of 1 or 2 of the heads? i have had it a few times now and its like the tops gets too stacked with flowers and then strangely goes kinda square and the stem really flattened out like a flattened straw. funny to see tho.

Na Pugz mate as tobysmoker is referring to a fasciation mutation where the top of the plant takes on a rectangular shape and the pistils look like bristles on a brush and the main stem flattens and becomes almost ribbon like.

I had one such plant in a grow a few years ago and called her Hiawatha. The resultant weed was fine although the bud morphology was rather stringy.

    I do apologise

    I've never seen that before.

How does this occur? I'm taking it its genetics in some way.

Hi Pugz and ya don't have to apologise mate. As far as I know, it's a mutation that occurs not only in cannabis but many plant species and therefore popped up in the plant world a fair way back in plant evolution. I've just had a peek in my copy of Principles of Plant Breeding by Robert W Allard but couldn't find a reference to 'fasciation mutations' but on Wiki:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fasciation

Look at the top right hand side pic of 2 wild flowers, one with and one without the mutation and I referred to the top of the plant looking brush like, see?

Cannabis does exactly the same and if you read the Wiki texts it talks of ribbon like flattened stems.
