I post this with comments from my mother whom has/does managed a call center for a huge gas/electric corporation (billion dollar earnings) who tells me this:
1) They send these emails/letters to all their customers every year at least once or twice.
2) They do not usually turn their findings to the law unless they investigate about the property first (for example searching to see if the house is being rented out, recently bought, for closed upon, etc.) and can see proper warrant for thoughts of illegal activity, such as a worker who is changing meters out and smells weed or sees evidence of growing thru a Window or something.
3) They can't tell what is pulling energy, and won't usually ask u because they don't suspect people of growing weed immediately.
She says not to worry of such a email as she knows a lot of others in ur area got this. She also said interesting that they email u as they either call u (automated recordings) or send u snail mail like a bill.
Anyways take it for what it's worth, as it is from someone who knows exactly how a big utility company works, however it is in the States not in the UK so keep that in mind, but she says it can't be very different.

I'm willing to branch out from my medical use to maybe the persuit of pleasure. It's got to help with stress and anxiety I would think.
