I use a oil filled rad in my groom. Keeps the temps nice and stable. I keep it on 24/7 and lights on is normally around 28c and lights off is around 20c depending on the time of year of course

I would recommend changing your lights on cycle to night time, you will keep your girls warm at night and when temps rise during the day try one of these tub heater...

    That will work fine
Problem with oil rads is they take up too much space and dont circulate as well as a fan heater in a 2.4 tent
Also you can use the fan to circulate cool air when drying to avoid mould issues

Bad Answer! fan heaters dry the humidity out and that's not good when flowering! And you say you've been growing 15 years???

Humidity wants to be as low as possible in flower (within reason)

Maybe thats because I am in hydro and I dont have those issues in any way.

Fact is lights off most grows have too much humidity to contend with hence the fan heater but you just keep trolling mate and see what you can learn.

I'd rather have it lower than 60% in flowering.

Yeah use heater fan if humidity is high and oil rad if rh isn't a problem. Yeah down side is oil rads are space hungry.
