is this budrot, help !

One my widow leaves and a bit of my rhino bud have gone kinda dark/greyish/discoluered, i tried to upload some pics but they dont really show the problem properly. They look fine and maybe its just the final stages of maturity, they just seem to be going darker. 1 of the rhinos is on day 58. The widow is on day 61 they are not directly touching eachover but the symptoms are near identical, i have good air curculation so im pretty baffled. I will continue to monitor it closely and if worst comes to worst they will have to get the chop. They both seem to have the same prob on the same sort of day flowering, so im assuming it's the look of late maturity. It seems to be goin from the top down, on the widow, starting at the tip of the main cola. There is hardly any damage, bud ive heard b rot can ravage a crop. What should i be looking out for?

If you rub the area does the bud come off the stem?

Budrot will trash a crop in a few days

o m g doc, man wat shud i do? u saw how pretty my rhino is, shud i just chop em all or the effected ones, i wont be able to c em today but 6 am ill check it out. it could just be paranoia, but ill let u know tommorow. So im looking for them disintergrating under a little pressure? im at the flush stage i hear this is when they are most suseptable. thank you for caring.

I shouldn't worry too much mate, it's common for leaves to become discoloured when the end is near. I do a weekly 'clean up' of my plants and pull off all the shitty looking or dead leaves.

Day 55 > 65 are when you can most expect budrot in indica hybrids, the buds get so dense that no air can get in and mould takes off

It's always a problem when you become a victim of your own success ..... really tight buds will usually get spots of budrot

Black Domina is really dense and has been crossed often now with more resistant strains or where the buds needed compacting ..... my own pure Black Domina had a chunk of budrot in it (ISO is the only answer)

If the buds have rot break all the rotted stuff off and lightly spray with a dilute H202 (Hydrogen Peroxide)

It is more common than you'd think, it'll rip through a commercial grow in 2 - 3 days and everything is then a liability as it's covered in spores .... very unhealthy

tbh its probly just over caution where do u get the h peroxide wats the dilution ratio? i mean dont they just darken towards the end anyway? i think ill monitor it and make some more assesments tomo. ty doc

Budrot shows as grey/light brown patches in the middle of a clump of calyxes, H2O2 dilute to the ratio the bottle says use as a disinfectant

i suppose it aint that bad if i had to cut em the wids r only abt a week short. and the rhino is only 4 days of 63 days + i caught it soooooo early it must have literally just set in. and this this wont be couchlock but it will sure as hell make them laugh and happy. and that cant be a bad thing can it. i checked the trichs and its cloudy all round. so good times are ahead and ive got 3 of the same strains one of each on the go at abt 3 wks from seed. 24h. im gonna train top and crop em. monsters in 20 l pots! i hit em with some pk but that was a few weeks ago now and the schedule was bio bizz, they were 7 days into the flush will they b ok?. the area of damage is about the size of a penny on the rhino and tiny on the wid and its just one so it aint the end of the world.
