grow room measurement

i have a grow room ,
140cm tall
70cm width
40cm depth
with a 250W MH/HPS and it's got really hot in there , like 34-37 C !
have a 85m2h venta right near the bulb , but that's not helping.

What measurement should i raise , if my limit is 140 cm tall ?

yeah , dont have a budget for RVK or Cooltube ,
and even if i did - dont have a room for them..
if i put in there 4 fan of 85m2h , will that decrease the temperature to normal ?
