my mate was a bit worse off...they had found some stuff in his phone(he's not a dealer,just mates stuff etc)but they tried pushing it to production with intent. anyhway,he got 6 months tag and 85 costs! syill a result,i reckon!(i think he had previous for a small amount of weed on him and also an assault charge yrs ago.)
