get some bread baskets you know the big mesh stackable ones stack them fill them put a fan in the room keep dark and there you go cheap effective drying racks,don,t put any buds on the lowest rack as you need airflow around the buds

What about Calcium Chloride?
just put all the fresh stuff in an air-tight place (box, cabinet, room) with a hydrometer and a bunch of calcium chloride. It should be dry in no-time. And if it starts getting humid in there (that's what the hydrometer is for) just bake the calcium chloride at 110-120 C for a few minutes, say 20, and then throw it back in there... that should work fine!
