the loft is probs the worsed place to grow imo its realy hard controling temps and too easy to spot, you can line the walls as people do with kingspan or similar but i would consider a wardrobe or similar before using a loft,i suppose if its got room and you could build a seperate microclimate in there might be easier, theres a good bit on forum about planning growroom somewere, good luck.

dont like loft grows one bit.... what if in winter your ducting comes loose? warm roof, no snow... what if you have a semi detached house.. the smell could leak out, heat issues, where do you draw fresh air in from.. list goes on.... go stealth or go outdoors

I'm new to. I have a loft but I chose to grow under my stairs in a cupboard. I only chose the cupboard out of personal preference; it has its flaws (small as hell). But its in the center of the house and its nice n cool in there

I grow in my loft, fresh air supply from outside, vent into loft, rubber seal on loft hatch, never used a filter and smell don't get past hatch.

I grow in my loft too, im at the mercy of the weather outside, too hot in summer, too cold in winter that I don't even bother, spring and autumn are best, my soil vs coco diary is in the loft
