Blue lab or Accuread for me, same thing really, but my accuread is a screw calibration rather than digital

the sensor heads of them are tricky, never touch them directly, like EVER, and don't let the probe dry out, keep some moisture in the cap of it (Bluelab are the best i've used, and even they're vulnerable to both these factors)
    Strider's Sup Lemon Haze & L.A. Confidential DWC Good...hopefully...2018

SLH & Incredible Bulk DWC Actually good, honest. 2017

    Exactly the same here.
I wouldn't buy anything bluelab digital again but the truncheon is still good after 2 years

Bluelab hands down. Had a few essential pens & Bluelab & cheap chinese.. Bluelab is the most reliable and accurate imo, Although I've just bought a bluelab ph meter & Had to send back as it wouldn't calibrate, Just waiting now for a replacement..

I'm going to grab the Bluelab pH meter instead of the pen. Mine is playing up lately, switching off randomly and needing the top wiggling to get the batteries to connect properly. I'm hoping the meter will be a bit more sturdy.

I'd like a guardian but can't justify the cost

Hanna (consumer quality)or milwaukee instruments ( commercial, contractor quality) are hands down the best quality. Very pricey . But will last you forever and are very accurate
