    Default Rusting leaf veins

A few of the mature leaves on my plants have rusting leaf veins. The plants are due to be chopped and will be flushing in a few days.

I don't think it is a big problem as it is only a few leaves and the plants are otherwise very healthy.

I did at first think a classic calcium deficiency but am a little baffled as to why it is only running along the veins. I do live in a soft water area and ran out of calmag a few weeks ago.

Strain is Black Dog, Coco, Feeding at 1.1 to 1.2 ec 5.8 to 6.2ph. I know it is to late to do anything about it but would be nice to know what it is.

TBH, it could be a few things... an overall pic of the plant would help, along with which part the affected leafs are on...

In this pic, you can see a some deficiency but also curling leaf from edges and yes, the second one could be the point of the problem. So, firstly you must look at heat level on top of the leaves.Canna doesn't like the heat in the last period.

    Thanks Darqeds

I have in fact just moved the lights up a few notches today as was starting to get a bit of tachoing. These Black Dog's do seem to be heat sensitive.

For some unknown reason I do seem to have this obsession of trying to get my lights as close as possible. Mate of mine who is an experienced grower is always pulling me up about it.
