Nitrogen deficiencies usually start at the bottom and work their way up, but you don't normally see this until flowering or if you have a heavy canopy that prevents light from reaching the bottom. I'm not versed in Hydro, but have grown for decades. If the plant isn't seeing a nitrogen deficiency, which doesn't really seem to be the problem, then the other problem, as has been suggested, is too much food. Dark green vegetation and clawing leaves are a sign of nitrogen overdose. The plants can also look kind of droopy, as too much nitrogen/nutes can interfere with osmosis and causing water balance issues.
These kind of issues are difficult to diagnose because too much of one nutrient can cause symptoms of a deficiency of another. Too much Cal-Mag can cause magnesium deficiencies, so go easy on the feedbag and I think you will be doing better.
