You can still use most of the plants that are affected by the rot. There is a thread here on THCtalk about washing bud before drying. That will remove any settled spores.

Credit to Doc Bud for first coming up with the idea of washing bud and sharing it with other growers.
I have an ro system and other stuff just don't have any h202, should I cut it down 2night you think?

Spores are being released constantly by the infected areas, any air circulation will simply carry those spores throughout your groom. Cut the infected bits out now, don't wait. Clean your fan now don't wait. That is only about an hour or so's work. Be brutal with the cutting of infected bits as the bastards go deep into the plant. You WILL be able to save most of your grow mate.

I know it is stressful now but it is manageable you caught it quite early.

Agree 100% mate, get as much out as possible ASAP! Turn your fans off whilst doing it, and give everywhere a good clean. You don’t want them spores spreading

I've started taking it all down, flush wise it's not ideal but be ok I stopped any additives 3 weeks ago nearly and was just on a very weak base feed then had a day of tap water then 3 days off ro water, lucky I caught it it was on 2 branches only crappy bits round the edge so not lost anything really so far id of probably binned them rather than trim them anyway, shame cuz the amount of bud on this grow is unreal 7 hours to trim 1 completely the infected one them got a few big colas out gonna tackle the rest tonight I think, didn't come across any black mould or furry mould stuff just the bits it had got and died off. Gonna get it all down do a deep clean and wrap it all up and try again late autumn.when the weather has cooled try n get myself some decent smoke for xmas.

    Thanks

my sunflower fell over in the storm whilst i was out, but my neighbour was in her garden and caught it lol. Its fine, no damage, over nine foot tall and the flower is coming on strong too! I had a smaller one, that blew over and broke so thats dead, but the big girls are doing great.

Plenty of time before Christmas mate, get your next one planned and up and running as soon as you can
