Hermie and maybe bud rot?

So last night I removed the bud that has what looked like rot, added on in with the ps4 controller just to show how big the wasted bud is.
Not sure if this is your typical bud rot as it's not slimy or anything, quite the opposite actually. It was all dry and crumbly like it had been nuked in the microwave, Weird.

Hopefully I'm good to carry on cos I don't wanna crop up with clear trichs...

That sux mate, most of us have been there... I've only just harvested my 1st successful grow and I had to cut 2 buds. I split them and found white fluffy mould that turned darks not long after. All went in the log burner :'(
