Default First Timer. Need some advice.

    Hi guys and girls,

Just joined up today. Started my first grow last week- 2 AutoBrooklyn Sunrise seedlings are now 7 days old. They are growing in a normal off the shelf seedling mix, and then will be switching to either Canna Terra Professional Soil Mix , or BioBizz All Mix. No idea which is better..it's all a bit confusing .

Just want a little clarification on my lights/ grow medium etc.

They are currently under a 100w Envirogrow CFL kit

I also have a 250W dual CFL bulb set up for when they get a little bigger

Im not allowed post pics yet unfortunately. Need to post 10 times first.

Whilst the biobizz soil seems OK, I'd steer clear of their nutes!

But, a straight choice between canna or bio? I couldn't make the call mate...

Since you are pretty much going to have to buy nutes anyway.... unless you go for the constant pot up.... why worry as you would only be talking a few ml at best

Very true. So between the two options, it seems they are very similar and its just down to personal choice really? Any benefit of one or the other for Auto's?

Oh really? The shop near me sells that too...Why do you prefer it? And what/when, nutes do you use with it?

    Welcome to the forum

Ideally you should start your seeds in there final pots. For soil go with the canna terra on repot it has more nutritional content than the biobizz so will meet your requirements but as above you will need nutrients for the flower period anyway so it doesn’t really matter.
