I had just watered them before taking picture , they sit in a cupboard under two t5 tubes
They have been put in the pots only last 3 days and using verve soil and pearlite watering ph7.5water
Until it started dripping out bottom as they had not been watered for a day and showed signs of dry soil on top of pots.
Temp at moment roughly about min 21* degrees plus heat generated in cupboard will purchase humidity meter today .

Just cause the soil on the top is dry don’t mean the rest is . Instead of using this as a judge wait until the pot is dry and judge this by the weight of the pot. Ya need the roots to search the water out otherwise you’ll end up with a rubbish root system . Also with a wet pot you are running the risk of stem damage. I’d also try and keep temps up to 28 but no higher 🇬🇧
