Help help please help. Totally stuck

ok so this is my first grow for a little while and a little bit rusty but i have the general idea. However, i have come up against thrips and our new law concerning pesticides. Literally i have a fucking thrip breeding ground, not a crop. I have sprayed 3 times now with bayer ultimate bug killer, to no affect. its a non systemic approach from bayer now, thanks EU law. So i literally have no way of fighting them, 2 weeks flower plus, plants are stressed as fuck and tbh after nrly 2 months in since start i just feel like killing it, howver, im already 600 dep in this one on leccy and bits n pieces.

Some one please help, ive been looking but its all shite stuff formulated from fucking marigolds and shit like that...Seems like a third of the grow is herming already. So so down on this atm

Thing is M_C is that i thought the spray was systemic whewn i first used it, thinking well i have atleast 2-2.5 months for it to go out plants. this was the systemic version, but it changed, i bought new bottle and nothing has helped at all. No bug killer that i can see will be of any benefit over the bug killer, but then im probs looking at the wrong shit lol.

Yeah that's what i made of it also. Pretty sure its the only way i'll see them off now, systemic route, won't find any though eh
