Default Blotchy leaves and slow growth

I've got 2 plants in the go at the minute (2 weeks since germ), one looks extremely healthy and is growing fast but the other is slightly stunted and has some blotchy marks on the leaves. I've tried to look for info but can't find anything that looks exactly like it and many deficiencies look similar. Can someone please help? I've included a couple of pics as well as one of the healthy plant (first pic) for comparison (same strain, same age and same conditions).

    Thanks!

If the picture's look the same to you as they do in the picture, I would say you might want to feed them a little. JMO

Thanks! If that's all it is then I'm happy with that, I didn't think they should be fed for the first couple of weeks but I guess they're ready.
