Comp Rules:






1, 1 picture of 1 plant is allowed to be entered from a current grow by any 1 single forum member.


2, All pics must be entered by midnight on the 31/08/13 and a new thread will be started with all the pic's added.


3, A poll will then be added to the new thread so forum members can cast their vote.


4, The poll will be closed at midnight on the 14/09/13 (UK)



5, Winner will be announced and Prize's will be sent out asap.



6, All plants in any pictures entered in this comp has to be or have been alive in the month of the comp.


7, Please keep all pictures to 600 x 450 pixels max and no thumbnails please. (failing this your entry will be removed from the comp).


8, All members must have a minimum of 10 forum post before they can enter/vote in this comp or your entry/vote will be removed from the comp..



9, All pictures entered must have a sign of some sort with THCtalk.com wrote on it in the picture (not photoshopped) or your entry will be removed from the comp.
It would also be very helpful to include your plant strain in the image


10, No picture's are to be entered in this comp if they have been messed with in anyway using any paint programes or alike. If any picture is to be found of having any effects added or the picture messed with in anyway, then that picture will be removed from the comp.


11, If there is ever a joint place for 1st place there will be a 7 day vote off between the joint winners to decide the winner of the said place.


12, Once a plant has won the top prizes in the plant of the month comp, that plant then becomes ineligible for future comps, i.e the next months comp and so on.


13, Members may use there one vote to vote for themselves if they wish.

Yeah it is all I really did was pull the branches down to let the inside get more light, in a week or so it will look like it never had it happen but I think it will help with the yield.

It's in 100 gal. Felt pot, and no I am still not getting everything the plant can give, I have two in 200 gal pots one seed one clone and I hope to go to 200 gal pots and only seed plants if I can next year, the plants want's to cover there roots so bigger pots the wider they get, I know of a guy that grows in 6 x 6 foot beds and he makes mine look small.

As for C99 you should try TGA's Vortex it has a little C99 in the genes and I like the Vortex more! There's co's that sale BlueCheese.

My jar is now holding a steady humidity reading between 64-65%, so i decided it was time to get an early weight on my blue mammoth harvest. As of right now i have 223.4 grams... nearly 8 ounces (7.97 oz) or a half pound of herb from a single Ruderalis plant (94 days from seed and flowered for a total of 72 days) Once its dropped down to about 50-55% humidity i expect to have a little over 7 ounces of high CBD medical grade herb.

I was rather shocked myself at the quantity of the harvest, i was keeping my fingers crossed to be able to pull a couple ounces from an auto after reading many of the strain descriptions and grow diaries. I figured 2-3 ounces was a good goal to aim for and in my mind a solid quarter pound was the ultimate goal for an "ideal harvest" from an auto... so im quite pleased with the 7 plus ounces i pulled out of that one.
And to sweeten up the deal, i have two more autos coming due for harvest in september!
(between the 1st & 3rd for a chronic ryder from the joint doctor, And another blue mammoth from barney's farm about the 12th-15th)

well if your anywhere between or around the Boonville/fall river mills area then we flew over you in may for the brewfest. Definitely saw some nice gardens from the air in that area although most people hadn't quite gone outside yet when I was there(was still in the low 30's at night). I am hoping to be able to get back up there by the end of october but we will see what happens as I am starting a new job this week, my buddies want me up there to help bring down the trees =)

Couldn't agree more with Goodbuddy, looking very tasty Upton the trich pic is very good. As for them flowers looks like you'll have them trimmed in no time marvelous looking buds sir.

The wind and 42C temps haven't helped my plants this week, but all are doing very well even with the weather and this week we might have T-storms. Outdoor plants have to go threw so much just to get to flower anyone growing outdoors have it much harder IMO

more bugs, rain, wind burn and breakage, heat and cold.....it is a process that takes so much work....it snowed early last year and the chop had to be done early. Crazy stuff and even more impressive how the plants and the people handle it.

Variety: UK Pineapple clone. She's just under 4 foot wide and the canopy is 2 1/2 foot tall.

System: Single plant RDWC.. I'm using two 60L tough totes, a 3000 litre water pump and a chiller, with a mj1000l pump

Lighting: 24/7 in veg and 13/11 in flower. I'm using a mixture of HID & LED

Tent: 1.2m Hydrolab

Nutrients: Advanced Hydroponics + additives & Great White

Still drying, it'll be a while before a smoke report comes out.

Sorry RS some how I missed your post.. I don't weigh so I really can't tell you. The MT. Shasta I would say is a Medium Yield but finishes early, I am starting to think maybe a good one for UK weather ;)

TBH I hate trimming, it's a full time Job when it's time 8 to 10 hours, days, weeks of it, I need to get a trimmer, my shoulder and hand hurts to much just after a day. No I don't have help trimming and TBH I like doing it on my own even with the pain. I have to add I can't tell you how I like knowing I have Meds that works for my Asthma, pain and my wife's PTSD, It's so worth it not having to worry or having to buy it!!

I am so looking forward to my first harvest for those reasons, I like being able to take one organic medication for asthma, ulcer nausea/pain and spine/nerve pain with a relief time of 5 minutes after consumption.

Definitely worth the trimming duty, even with that said I still don't know if I could do the sizes you do mr hillbilly, hats off to you indeed.
