2 time grow need sum advice

my plant it was planted april 22 for earth day did not germ this time last time did this is my 2nd plant last one was 5feet but not bushy i am using 3 24 in flores that are using 3800 lumes and a reg 75wt grow light is there anything i can do to make it bushy and more buds if u have any tips for me let me know

top the plant, take main stem/main leaf growth off at top of plant , cut or pinch and twist . google topping marijuana should come up with what i said. the plant will then produce two main stems, if your carefull you can do this maybe once or twice ,sometimes some plants can cope better than others so some plants 4 or 6 times has been known. eperiment and have fun, also try looking up on you tube, few good vids.
