Some of you might have remembered me saying something about helping my sifu make a short Wing Chun film.
Well here it is,

I'm sure most of you can guess who I am, the only one without a crew cut or a bald head. :D
Enjoy.
hahaha
Cheers dude,
I've still got some great bruises, in particular one that's a perfect square from where I twated it on the radiator near the end.
Good times. :D

LOL the instructor is totally un-punchable, he could block anything by the looks if it, crazy shit. :bigjoint:
My sifu is indeed Greek...
The bugger is just naturally extremely talented at Wing Chun, there's few people that are gifted as much as him.
you make taking a beating look so fun. :p

Yeah, I think it can be a giggle under certain cicumstances, that's not to say that I'm the sort of person that goes around starting or looking for fights, not in the slightest. :)

That little guy makes me proud to be bald.......im sure if he had hair he wouldnt be as good.....like an anti-samson.
In seriousness though, respect my friend that looks exellent.

Nice hands mate.
My little brothe dabbles with Wing Chun at his Atemi classes. The hand speed and coordination it teaches you is amazing.
I agree with mum in that as long as both people are experienced and in a controlled environment then fighting can be and is fun. I think its the adrenalin I used to like when I tried kick boxing for a short while. The boxing was good, the training was painful.
Good stress reliever and great for self defence.
my 10 year old girl does kick boxing, she loves it. mind you she is always tired when she trains with the adults. great moves mum, cool vid.
