First time ideas (help)

I've been smoking cannabis for a fair
few years, but never had any experience growing. It's about time I start growing my own and stop going too different drug dealers all around who are funding major crimes.

Basically I'm about too purchase a tent in the next few days and need some advice on yield.

So here's the tent kit
80x80x160cm mayla
400 Hps light with reflector
Carbon filter + duct

isn't a very large space.. I'm just curious about a few questions that I need answered before I purchase this kit.

In general, is the setup good for healthy strong plants?
Is SCROG the best method for this tent for yield?
I smoke on average 2onz a month, Is this possible to grow this amount using this tent

I know I may sound a complete newbie (because I am) but I am willing too put time and effort into learning more about this wonderful hobby!

You can grow much more than that if you tie down and train and scrog your plants.
Just keep the temps and air exchange/supply fresh and bobs ya uncle.
