Hi again all hope alls are well. Fungus gnats mate :(

Sharp sand on your pots & water them from the bottom and, like you are doing, sticky traps. May take a few days but should bring things under control...

Orso would it help if I sharp sand the trays as there scrog netid and can't remove to clean them
