Hi,
Is it normal for a seedling to grow to about 10-13 cm and then collaps sideways? It's normal that you have to support it with a stick to keep it upright?

No it's not normal. Stretching seedlings is usualy associated with the light being to far away.

Yes that was also what I thought, but I didn't think seedlings needed alot of light.
But thank you :)

As soon as a seedling has popped it's head above ground it needs light, and as much light as you can give, but without burning it. I have a 125w blue enviro about 3 inches above, and my seedlings don't stretch.
