Aren't these prohibited under Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1999 to prevent Photosensitive Epilepsy

Given the number of people viewing this site with neurological disorders isn't about time you at least looked at banning flashing avvys?

Is there a lot of folk on here with neurological disorders? I wouldn't be too worried about it, if there were folk bothered by it I'm sure they would let admin know :)

if you go into your usercp you can turn off peoples avatars so no need to ban them, the choice to view them or not is already there.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are guidelines only, they are not enforcable & there is no requirement to follow them
