Would this design work? I'm going to put the res out of the tent so I can easier control the temp. I'll also be using a 360 gph pump, on app a 35gln system.

Will the flow not be unbalanced going into the 3/4 pipe are you going to use airstones, spray bars, what size pump buckets etc

Yeah that will work dude, that design is a undercurrent system though not rdwc. Your alot more likely to run into problems with root blockages using a undercurrent system.
Will still work well if you go for shorter vegg's so the root masses dont become a issue though.

If ur building from stratch youreslf id deffo look at spraybars instead of airstones

Good luck with build dude

@jesse you mean aeroponic sprayers? That would require another water pump, correct?

No mate not aeroponic sprayers.

A Spray bar setup would compromise with a pump in brain then pipework going of that pump into each pot with small holes drilled into it, which creates spray in each pot creating dissolved oxygen instead of using airstones.

Ok, so I got the system up and running tonight. The last bucket, closest to the pump, has a lower water level than the rest. About 3/4". So I closed the valve before the pump a little and it helped. Is this normal?

Yeah, definitely don't use aeroponic sprayers for this
