200w Eco-Light 8u cfl lamp

is this a good lamp? its £39.99 and a 250w cfl lmap is £60+ now i wouldnt mind getting the cheaper option as then i could get both bulbs and the ammount of mylar i'd need. Would the quality be any different? i mean would the extra 50+ make a significant differance?

i thought eco- envoiro- cfl were all the same thing.
not sure how much diff 200-250 makes. light is weird how it works lol. it would be a few thousand lumens diff i suppose. may make quite a diff into how far it can penetrate. heh then again it might not. ;)

Hmmmm not sure if i can say where i shop..... erm its called .aquaculture-hydroponics. sorry to mobs if i did wrong they have 250 cfls for 55pound then you just need the socket thing to plug it in. unless you have one already

thats all im going to do in my stealth grow. socket into box and then pop the light in and some how secure it up at the top.

ps i think on flea bay you can get 250wat cfls for like 40 quid

From personal experience, I would go for an envirolite over an ecolight. I've had a 125w (blue) and 250w (red) in enviro's and they are going strong.

The 250w (red) eco I had didn't even finish my first grow - half the tubes stopped working. I got hold of the 250w enviro instead and haven't had a problem since.

I prefer the envirolights too - seem brighter for the same wattage then the cheaper brands.

talking about envirolites are they available in the states because all the websites that have them are in pounds.
