Yeah, the Guardian are becoming more and more egalitarian in their reporting. Haven't had to write them a snotty one in alsmot a year.

Usage is falling because cannabis is crap in England. People are quitting because they can't bear the pissballing about required to score.

I never thought I'd hear myself say it, but I am dangerously close to joining the ranks of the ex-toker.
