I was thinking nitrogen toxicity and maybe calcium and magnesium and possibly over watering

Its not N toxicity, they go dark green and ram horn on the tips. Doesn't look like over watering either. Calcium looks like a possibility but I'm inclined to think its the start of a fungal infection but I'm far from an expert.

Much better picture, yes there is/has been some N toxicity, but it doesn't look dark enough for me to still be an issue. Once the tips point down they never recover so it can be difficult to tell if it is still ongoing.

Organics & coco are a bad mix mate. Get some coco specific nutes!

Rew buddy you need to know what youre doing with coco, which not being rude, you dont. so best action is to go out get some compost and repot it in that, gentle though with roots, you will see all these defs etc disappear. do that mate you will be laughing. Also get some rhizotonic for it to grow huge roots, a litre is 30 quid ish.
