Hi, I'm Yardbird and I've been lurking here for a while, so it's now time to uncloak and introduce myself.

I used to grow quite a lot back in the 90s before it all came to a rather sudden halt, but this year after a few changes of address and no further trouble I've summoned up the courage and decided to give it another go.

Currently I've got a small bagseed grow which I'm cooking up for Christmas and I have better things planned for the new year.

But more on that later.....

Anyway hello again, this seems like a nice small friendly community so I've decided to throw my lot in with you and hope to have some interesting things to show you later on.

Can't show you my bagseed girls because they're under blackout conditions for the next 7 hours, but here's a taster of my feminised Great White Sharks, currently in veg phase, but ready to go come mid-January:

Now don't be rude, I know they're not very good and won't yield much, but it was an experiment as much as anything else, and at least I will have some bud for Christmas.

Two and a half weeks to go and then they've got to come down, but I think they wil be ready by then. I'll reveg the best two and take cuttings.

I have no idea what strain this is BTW, but it is Cannabis Indica of some kind and it smells abolutely feckn gorgeous. I have named it Mystery™ as I don't really like the name "bagseed", it sounds a bit harsh, IMO.

Anyway, enough rambling from me already.

I'll start a diary in the new year when I put my sharks into flower. I'm taking pictures of them every week, so I'll update you all on their progress in January.

It's a little bit late in the life cycle of the Mystery plants to start a diary about them now, but when I reveg and take cuttings that can go into the diary as well, or I might just start a separate diary.

I'm currently working on a new type of cloner using a cutting from the last of the Mystery males, so if that works it will be included, but it's a bit too soon to tell as the test has only been running for a few days.

I should know whether or not it's going to work by the middle of next week.

It's all good and I'm having lots of fun at the moment. :cool:

Very nice bud porn pictures, bet your pleased as punch with them and dont regret the giant leap to finally producing your own yummy greenage one ouncy little bit.....
I have just finished my first grow and I'm addicted to it, watching my painkillers grow and bloom and return my TLC.. I'm constantly trying to store as much information in my blonde stoned brain, although I have to admit sometimes quite a few things leak out...
But like you trying everything out you can, and developing a "want to grow or try list" as long as a piece of string..

Oooo if you haven't already you need to buy a kif box! I had fun with that I can tell you..its quite a good work out for the old arms *laughs* :laugh:

They are starting to chunk up nicely now and are getting properly crystalised.

I just treated myself to a small flash dried sample of two small buds from the lower part of one of them.
