175watt mv

Well I really got it cause it was only 30$ and it said on the paper it could also use 150watthps so I went to lowes and got 1 but it won't work is it possible its the bulb or should I get the 175watt hps bulb? Or just use the mv .?? Any help is please please.....

Personally mate i wouldnt grow with less than 250w you need to think about the yeild at the end of the day.

So..my plants seem to really like the mv as my bigger plant has took off ,so I trhink iam going. To just run the 175mv and the 70hps should do fine right?? Please reply..

Yeh mate it wont do any harm anyway.
How many plants do have in your space.
Do you have any pics.
Should be fine tho especally if your bigger plants loving it just remember if you have plants at different heights to prop the smaller ones up to the same height as the big ones so there gettin the same ammount of light. Dont wanna end up with one monster and on runt lol . Good luck anyway mate.

I wouldn't use any other wattage of bulb with that ballast.. Dunno what it is but it sounds dodgy, and if it's going to be pumping 175w through a 70w bulb what do you think will happen? :smokie:(Hint = not good)

No I have a 175watt and. 70 watt .total of bout 250watts really 245..and I have 5 plants ,my pic want work for me guess its cause its from my phone
