First Time SOG. Am I doing it right?

Hi all, Im doing SOG for first time. I transplanted clones 2 weeks ago into 3.8L fabric pots using Grodan grow cubes (rockwool) Does anyone have any experience using these?
Ive just cropped all the lateralls off the girls and just left them with the top node and fan leaf.
