Well I'm hoping with lots of loving, my cupboard wil show me the love :0)
After a few grows under my belt and some extremely satisfactory produce I thought I would put up a little diary of my current grow.
The space is about 50cm*50cm*100cm, so nothing too big and is kitted out with a bathroom fan for extraction along with a pc fan for intake and another blowing across the lights - 1 250W Red CFL and 1 125W Blue CFL. The Red is in a reflector whilst the blue hands at the back of the cupboard - not ideal but at least it means I can just about fit 5-6 plants under it.
So, what be growing in the cupboard - well I germed quite a few seeds and ended up with 2 Nirvana Northern Lights #1, 2 Trainwreck IBL, 1 G13 Thai Super Skunk and a Mystery Seed from this here site. All bar one of the Trainwreck's have been vegged for 4 weeks and have been on 12/12 now for a week. The little Trainwreck (no photos at moment as still small and unsure if it will make the grade) has ony had about 2 weeks veg time.
Currently, the big TW and one of the NL's have shown themselves as females and I think the smallest is as well. I'm expecting the Thai and the Mystery Seed to take a bit longer to show, but if any males do pop their head up they'll be binned. If I end up with 6 plants, great, but with the lights 4 plants will probably yield just as much. If all goes to plan, the aim is to harvest the NL's and Trainwreck leaving the Mystery Seed and Thai to finish off whilst I prepare for the next one.
On a side note, has anyone tried growing the Mystery Seeds from THC - think it was with orders over £15 some time last year? Really not sure what to expect, but you can see from the leaves they are a lot broader than most of the other strains.
