Hello all,

I am doing some research regarding the penalties and drug laws on growing Marijuana in the Netherlands, so far I have only found a couple of things online though a little dated.

http://www.parl.gc.ca/37/1/parlbus/commbus/senate/Com-e/ille-e/library-e/dolin1-e.htm.

Will be great if anyone can point to the right direction and/or share some of their experience on the topic.

Many thanks

regards

I'm not 100% sure but think the limit is six plant's .
Have seen some crazy grafting on mother plant's from the netherland's , where one plant has six strains .
Sorry i can't be of more help .

I don't know too much on the netherlands but was reading this (http://www.jrf.org.uk/sites/files/jrf/423.pdf) yesterday which mentioned something like under UN law countries must make illegal the growing and possesion of weed but it doesn't have to be dealt with under criminal law. I believe in the netherlands the growing of cannabis is still illegal and coffee shops have to secure a supply from an illegal source, which goes with why cannabis isn't legal but tolerated. I've read similar to this a few times but can't remember where:(
