what plant is this?

I planted this seed that came out of a tomato packet..now the other tomato seed I planted has grown to be a tomato plant but this? have no idea what it can be..
anyone know? has lots of spikes on the leaves so has to be some sort of stray weed seed :( thistle maybe?

gone in the bin lol..too many thistles in my garden and those bloody dandelions..argghhh..seeds blowing all over the lawn...next day more growing lol
