I wanna start mine indoors under fluorescents- planning on starting them with 2 fluoro desk lamps that can't be more than 20 watts for about 5-6 weeks, then moving them under 40 watt fluoros strips until I can get them outside (about 3-4 more weeks). My question is how tall could they possibly get with 5-6 weeks of vegging under the weak desk lamps?
