hi, my mam was saying she is interested in going abroad this year or next and she said she wouldnt want to be on a plane for ages as she has never been abroad before.

so i mentioned going to amsterdam since its only an hour or so to get there, then she asked well whats there for kids cos my little brother will be coming and he is only 7, so i was wandering if anyone has ever took there kids to amsterdam with them and what facilities/activities there is for kids,

Artis Zoo is one I know of for definate, you could get on a barge to bring you there, its not a bad spot in fairness, I think you can buy a barge/ zoo ticket for the one price 20 quid I think, outside of that I dont know, a family stroll along the canals in the RLD lol

You could always go to the Museum of science and technology too if your into that type of thing, its not bad either, I think kids would enjoy it, you can miss it its a big green building that looks like a spaceship in the docks
