ummmm help

my 3week old plant was healthy a couple of days ago and now its gone pale and the bottom 'round' leaves have gone a yellowy colour is this over-watering or lack of nutrients reli like to know so i can keep it alive lol

btw i havent given it any nutrients yet

the little round leaves will go yellow and fall off they are just the seed leaves dont worry your head :D

Yeah if anything its a good sign that the plant is developing as normal and is entering a new stage of growth as it has used up its reserves its born with and now must search out food.
