Well 8 of the baby Shaman are looking ok- some have leaves pointing upward with lighter green edges, but were just transplanted one day ago. 2 other plants are in the infirmary in critical condition... sad to say they might not last but i'm doin my best. Any suggestions for how much i should water in these small pots- once the top soil is dry?

One with burnt tips look like overfert, what soil are they in? The others look alright to me.

they are in Pro-Mix potting soil. The burnt tips might have been the result of bone dry jiffy cube soil when i didnt water enough one night and the plant simply went limp- i had to use several paper clips to support it. No fert use

They look good man :) As for watering, I would say wait untill all the soil is dry not just the top soil :) Remember roots like a bit of air every now and then too.

They look like they're doing good to me mate, to be honest. Most people get the odd seed that doesn't take properly, requires some more TLC, dies, whatever.. It's inevitable so don't kick yourself too much over it, it might not have been your fault.

Just as a random point before I forget it, is that tin foil you're using to line your area? Bad idea, you'll most likely create hot spots and cause burning in certain places that'll drive you nuts trying to figure out what it is, and may possibly kill the plant(s)..

Dave, I was noticing light streaks on some of the leaves and had no clue what was up, I'm guessing its because of the tin foil... replaced it with glossy white surface.. thanks man

No worries. Let's hope all new growth is normal and you get no problems :D
Good luck with smooth sailing all the way!
